Tulle Full Skirt

Step 1: Wide Roll Tulle Wrap: 24 "or wider

The product placement and improvements are in place. Now let's wrap the basket.

Keep your body close to the table and unroll tulle. Depending on the height of your table, must be rolling on your stomach or thighs, but do not let it roll off the table. With the roll on the table edge, pull the tulle upward higher than the handle of the basket with one hand. With the other hand, center curve at the top of the tulle.

Bring the scroll to the same height as you sit with. If it measures evenly and you are satisfied with the length, cut the tulle to separate it from the roll. Place the roll away from the table.

Gather the tulle along the top of the curve handle with one hand. Drag it upward at the top to ensure good fit around the bottom of the basket. Place transparent tape around the tulle where your hand is to keep it in place. Tape tulle, as if you are making a ponytail. The tulle on both sides should be folded as if you were to do a hem of a skirt and then taped close. Pull back piece of tulle at the front of the curve. Fold the front piece toward the back makes a straight line towards the basket handle. Now tape it to hold it in place. Keep the tape all the way down.

Almost finished

There will be a tulle hanging from the bottom of the curve on both sides. It will look almost like dog ears. Place the tape on the tip of tulle, who have stuck, and tape it under the basket.

Step 2: Add Bow

The choice is yours. Use a pull bow or make your own. I use Bowdabra to hand make my arches.

Step 3: Cut Tulle

After the arch is in place, determine how much you want to peak have on top of the curve. Keep tulle with one hand and cut just above.

Tadah … Your gift basket is now complete.
