5th When do I want to travel in Italy?

Are you eager to harvest? Food lovers swarm to Italy for the grape harvest in September and October where you have many cooking tour options, so reserve early.

Is hot weather important? General in most parts of Italy, in mid-May to mid October are warm to hot. July and August in some parts of Italy may be too hot for you.

Would you like a calmer time where chefs and winery owners can give you more personal attention? You can find a good selection of food tours in May and June.

In the steamy mid-August most Italian firms close for the annual summer holiday. Towns empty out. Masses flock to mountains or beaches, leaving towns like Florence for tourists. You can find small cooking school election in August.

6th How many people in my cooking class?

Six or eight? You have to prepare the entire lunch or dinner menu.

Ten or more? To participate in the "eggplant" or "tiramisu" team and not learn how to make the other dishes. But the more the better! A larger group can also give you demonstration style, not hands-on experience. Which do you prefer?

7th What level of cooking teacher and class should I use?
