Fatuma's Tower, Shelah
Fatuma's Tower is a yoga and meditation retreat house that is behind in Shella Village, approximately 3 km north of Lamu Town on the island Lamu.You need not be in yoga to stay here, but you should be prepared for a simpler life, no alcohol, excellent communal meals, lots of rest and relaxation and time to think and reflect. More like staying as a guest in someone else's house than a hotel. Fatuma's Tower is well placed for the village, beach and Lamu Town. In the main house there is 6 rooms spread over three floors in the main building and house shares comfortably in two, with separate kitchens. The ground floor is the garden room with 2 double beds with en-suite bathroom and access directly to the main courtyard. Also on this floor are 2 small single rooms that share a bathroom.First floor Balcony room containing a double and a single bed with en-suite bathroom.Top floor is a separate apartment with private access, which can be booked separately from the rest of the house. The apartment has two double bedrooms, both one-suite.All rooms are furnished with simple and maybe even a Spartan style, which seems to fit with the cleansing of body, mind and spirit, this house exudes.

Kijani House, Lamu
Located on the island of Lamu, Kijani House offers a unique accommodation with its 2000 square meters of tropical gardens that lead directly to sea, and two freshwater swimming pools. Each room has a bathroom and has its own balcony or terrace facing the garden and the sea. The rooms are scattered throughout the garden into three small separate traditional Swahili buildings which formerly were private homes, made of coral walls with boriti ceiling and makuti take kitchen offers all kinds of fish, lobsters, crabs shrimp and fresh seafood, with meat and fresh vegetables, along with African and Italian specialties.

Kipungani Sea Explorer
There are 14 spacious and secluded cottages built of local materials. Each room has a large king size bed and furniture all handmade. Activities include snorkeling, scuba diving, windsurfing, creek or deep sea fishing, and bird walks.

Kisimani House – Lamu
Kisimani house is found in Shelah Village on Lamu. It is built like a fortress, and is beautifully furnished in Swahili style. There are four en-suite rooms, various single beds, a large open-air living room / dining room with terrace and private verandas on the ground floor. The two upper floors have spectacular views over the sea, the archipelago and of life in the village Shelah. In the endless white sand beaches around the hotel, the sea is clean and safe for swimming, goggling, skiing, windsurfing, sailing and fishing.

Kiwayu Safari Village
Kiwayu Village combines great natural beauty with exotic accommodations, fine cuisine, and perfect peace and privacy. Village put under a high stand of coconut palms on the white sandy beach in a sparkling secluded bay. There are 22 cottages.Dinning on Kiwayu Safari village is a pure delight – Giant crab claws, platters of lobster, perfect salads and amazing fish soup. Wind surfing, goggling, creek fishing and sea fishing are also available.
