What is a customer worth?
The simple straightforward answer is that a customer is worth everything in your business.
If this is not entirely clear, because this one will. If your client is not worth spending all this, eat or spend all your goods yourself, shut the shop and go home.
There is nothing like "I'm here to help the customer". You are there for companies and customers is your goal. Their presence and money are important to you.
It would be worthwhile if you settle down to calculate the value of a consistent customer for your business, for example, a customer who comes to your shop once a month and buys goods worth £ 100.00. Calculate a year and Then in 3 years and 5 years, what the customer is worth.
If your profit is £ 20.00 from the same client, it means that add up to, during the period in your calculation? If you have 100 of these faithful customers, what would it be?
Customers' influence should never be underestimated. They are the most credible to other customers. They are also the safest way to undo an activity if neglected.

Good ways to keep a customer
1. Be nice – has a positive attitude, be appreciative and friendly.
2. Give a gift – give your customers a simple, but good gift for a special occasion (things like pens, writing PAD, etc.) this creates a bond that endears hearts of customers for you.
3. Pay genuine attention to any complaint, and do whatever is necessary to show that you understand and you can make changes. Some complaints may be pointless, but never show your irritation. You may very well change the item and keep the customer.
4. Sending emails new products, products that fall in price and suggests that if they want to do it now, or have some booked by paying some "advance commitment" for the product.
5. You should never take undue advantage of an "ignorant" customer – for example that a person is in town or a person who does not understand currency.
6. When a customer forgets his change, please return it. If you do not know his address, keeping the money for a time when they will come again.
7. Protect identity of your clients zealously.
8. Help for a customer to find a post, he is shopping for.
9. Never behave to customers like you are the police them – unhealthy suspicion is irritating to good customers.
10. All ads must project honest opinion and standards of products.
11. Never cheat on the internet customers.
12. Avoid wrong impression.
13. Never mistreat customers of the opposite sex.

I think that some of these suggestons will help you to get the best of your business. Your customers make your business a success that most of every opportunity to treat them well.
